These terms and conditions of sale (“T&Cs”) define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the sale of products and associated accessories offered by ABORDAGE.
ABORDAGE SAS, registered under number 985 183 243 R.C.S. at the Saint-Malo Commercial Court, with its registered office located at 15 Rue de la Croix Desilles, 35400 Saint-Malo, France.
These T&Cs apply to all sales concluded by ABORDAGE (hereinafter “the Company”) with its customers, whether individuals or professionals, retail, wholesale, or semi-wholesale, including via the Internet, for watches, clocks, jewelry, and associated accessories.
The products offered for sale are those displayed on the website (www.abordage-horlogerie.com) at the time of the order. Each product is accompanied by a detailed description. Photographs are as accurate as possible but are not contractually binding.
Prices are indicated in euros, inclusive of all taxes (VAT included). The Company reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the product will be invoiced based on the price in effect at the time the order is confirmed.
Any order placed on the website implies full acceptance of these T&Cs. The customer receives a confirmation email once the order is validated.
The Company reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is an existing dispute.
Payment is made in full by credit card, PayPal, or any other secure method offered on the website. Orders will only be shipped after payment has been validated.
In the case of pre-orders, payment constitutes a reservation of the product, and shipping will occur under the conditions specified below.
Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer. Delivery times are indicative. In the event of significant delay, the customer may request a refund.
For pre-orders, the delivery time is indicated on the website for the specific product and shall not exceed 12 months.
International Delivery: The Company delivers to many countries. Delivery fees and times vary depending on the destination and are specified at the time of order. Full information is available on the Company’s website.
In accordance with current legislation, customers have a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties.
The product must be returned in perfect condition, in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
The Company’s watches are covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
The Company shall not be held liable for any indirect damage that may result from the purchase of products. The Company’s liability is, in any case, limited to the amount of the order.
All elements of the website and products are protected by intellectual property rights. Any full or partial reproduction is prohibited without the prior written authorization of the Company.
The Company undertakes to protect the personal data of its customers. For more information on the collection and processing of personal data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
These T&Cs are governed by French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, the competent courts will be those within the jurisdiction of the Company’s registered office, unless otherwise required by law.
